The LMV93x-N series (LMV931-N single-chip, LMV932-N dual-chip, and LMV934-N four-chip) are low-voltage, low-power operational amplifiers. The LMV93x-N series has a power supply voltage of 1.8v to 5.5v with rail-to-rail input and output. The input common-mode voltage exceeds the power supply by 200 mV, enabling the user to enhance functionality outside the power supply voltage range.

                                                       Functional Block Diagram

The output can swing rail to rail unloading and at 105 mV from rail 600-Ω load at 1.8v power. LMV93x-N devices are optimized to operate at a voltage of 1.8V, making them ideal for portable dual-battery powered systems and single-cell lithium-ion systems. The LMV93x-N device has an excellent speed to power ratio, achieving a gain bandwidth product of 1.4 mhz at a very low supply current at a 1.8 v supply voltage. The LMV93x-N device can drive 600-Ω loads and up to 1000-pF capacitive loads with minimal ringing.

These devices also have a high DC gain of 101 dB, making them suitable for low frequency applications. The LMV93x-N comes in a space-saving 5-pin SC70 and SOT-23 package. The dual LMV932-N is packaged in 8-pin TSSOP and SOIC, and the four-tube LMV934-N is packaged in 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC. These small packages are ideal solutions for PC boards and portable electronics such as mobile phones and tablets with limited area.
