2. How does Heisener guarantee that XCE-01 is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

6. What is the process for return or replacement of XCE-01?

If there is something wrong with the XCE-01 we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the XCE-01 only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
