The Microchip Technology PIC16F171 8-bit microcontroller, now available from Mouser, offers advanced analog peripherals making them ideal for raw sensor applications requiring signal gain or filtering. The microcontroller integrates a low-noise operational amplifier, a 12-bit differential ADCC, two 8-bit DACs, a 16-bit PWM peripheral, and more waveform control and communication peripherals.

Their small, feature-rich devices are ideal for low-cost, energy efficient, and high-resolution analog sensor applications.the microcontrollers are available in 8-pin to 20-pin packages, with memory ranging from 7KB to 28KB, and speeds up to 32MHz.

Typical application areas include sensor networks, IoT, white goods and functional safety.
