Operating from a minimum input voltage of 1.65 V, the LP3991 LDO has been designed to provide fixed stable output voltages for load currents up to 300 mA. This device is suitable where accurate low voltages are required from low input voltage sources and is therefore suitable for post regulation of switched mode regulators. In such applications, significant improvements in performance and EMI can be realized, with little reduction in overall efficiency.
The TLV733 series of low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) are ultra-small, low quiescent current LDOs that can source 300 mA with good line and load transient performance. These devices provide a typical accuracy of 1%.

The device contains a built-in voltage clamp on the outputs for inductive transient protection. Power driver applications include relays, solenoids, and other medium-current or high-voltage
The ADXRS800 is an angular rate sensor (gyroscope) intended for automotive electronic stability control, vehicle rollover detection, and other high performance applications. An advanced, differential, quad-sensor design rejects the influence of linear acceleration, enabling the ADXRS800 to operate in exceedingly harsh environments where shock and vibration are present
The Allegro A1101-A1104 and A1106 Hall-effect switches are next generation replacements for the popular Allegro 312x and 314x lines of unipolar switches. The A110x family, produced with BiCMOS technology, consists of devices that feature fast power-on time and low-noise operation. Device programming is performed after packaging, to ensure increased switchpoint accuracy by eliminating offsets that can be induced by package stress.
The 74VHCT573A is an advanced high speed CMOS OCTAL LATCH with 3-STATE OUTPUT fabricated with silicon gateC 2MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
The FAN7602 is a green current mode PWM controller. It is specially designed for off-line adapter application, DVDP, VCR, LCD monitor application, and auxiliary power supplies. The internal high-voltage start-up switch and the burstmode operation reduce the power loss in standby mode. Because of the internal start-up switch and the burst mode, it is possible to supply 0.5W load, limiting the input power to under 1W when the input line voltage is 265VAC. On no-load condition, the input power is under 0.3W
The AD7224 is a precision 8-bit voltage-output, digital-toanalog converter, with output amplifier and double buffered interface logic on a monolithic CMOS chip. No external trims are required to achieve full specified performance for the part
The MIC5245 is an efficient, precise CMOS voltage regulator optimized for ultra-low-noise applications. The MIC5245 offers better than 1% initial accuracy, extremely low dropout voltage (typically 150mV at 150mA) and constant ground current over load (typically 100µA). The MIC5245 provides a very low noise output, ideal for RF applications where quiet voltage sources are required. A noise bypass pin is also available for further reduction of output noise.
The MIC2937A family are “bulletproof” efficient voltage regulators with very low dropout voltage (typically 40mV at light loads and 300mV at 500mA), and very low quiescent current (160µA typical). The quiescent current of the MIC2937A increases only slightly in dropout, thus prolonging battery life. Key MIC2937A features include protection against reversed battery, fold-back current limiting, and automotive “load dump” protection (60V positive transient).
The REG101 is a family of low-noise, low-dropout linear regulators with low ground pin current. Its new DMOS topology provides significant improvement over previous designs, including low dropout voltage (only 60mV typ at full load), and better transient performance. In addition, no output capacitor is required for stability, unlike conventional low-dropout regulators that are difficult to compensate and require expensive low ESR capacitors greater than 1 μF.
The TLC2932 is designed for phase-locked-loop (PLL) systems and is composed of a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and an edge-triggered-type phase frequency detector (PFD). The oscillation frequency range of the VCO is set by an external bias resistor (RBIAS). The VCO has a 1/2 frequency divider at the output stage
